The 6th Gwangju Indie Music Festival (2009 광주인디뮤직페스티벌) will be at Gwangju's "Club Nevermind" and at a place called 매개공간미나리. The club is a couple blocks from exit four of Geumnamno 4-ga Station, as you'll see from this map via Naver. You'll find a timetable for the 31st and the 1st on the club's Daum Cafe. The poster above says tickets for one day are 20,000 won at the event, while two days are 33,000 won, with a slight discount available for online reservations via Interpark.
I'm told some of these performers are big deals, though I'm unfamiliar with all the names because I don't know anything about Korean indie music.
There was an article about Club Nevermind in the June 2008 issue of the Gwangju News, on page 26 of the .pdf file available here.

Betty Ass is my favourite of the bunch. I first saw these guys in 2004 at the old location of Club Nevermind.
For the past couple of years Betty Ass has had a very talented foreign drummer. He has also worked with several foreign bands throughout the country.
Yeah, that drummer guy is pretty good. I'm looking forward to seeing Betty Ass again for only the second time.
There are a few other bands on the list that I've never heard, although I have seen their names mentioned before. One I'm especially looking forward to is Plastic People.
