Pretty flowers in Jangheung, Wando.
There are some pretty canola flowers out in Jangheung county's Hoejin-myeon, the southeastern tip of the county. That's where legendary director Im Kwon-taek shot some of Beyond The Years (천년학), his 100th film, in 2006.

I'm planning on an early June trip.
The Clam, please let us know how it goes. The place looks gorgeous.
I've always wanted to travel to Wando-gun (is there a car ferry so I can take my Kia?), but I've been especially interested lately in going to get a first hand look at Korea's network of health care in its island jurisdictions (Shinan County, Chindo County, Wando County, and rural Yŏsu, among other places), especially to compare them to rural Hawaii outside of Oahu.
