Well, you're being a bit naughty there, Brian. There are huge space issues regarding newspaper headlines... pardon the puns. That goes for stories and/or columns, too.
KOREAN DISCOVERS NEW COMET
?
Still patriotic and it's shorter, too, which allows for a larger font... bet they're bitchin' they didn't think of that.
Hell, why not go the whole hog, er, samgyupsal, and turn that patriotism into nationalism?
KOREA DISCOVERS NEW COMET
But I'm playing silly buggers. It's a headline, and there's very little room to work with in a headline.
You could still pin 'em on the fact the said comet is probably millions of years old.
Put it this way, Kevin. The most accurate headline, "KOREAN DISCOVERS PREVIOUSLY UNDISCOVERED COMET" doesn't work from a journalistic nor a space (space space, not space space) issue.

there was a typo mistake there. It should be Robert Matson, a known for his works on the Comet SWAN series
Ha! I like his picture. He looks really enthusiastic about his "discovery".

And it's still a world full of nations...
Yes, I know I was being punny, and picking on bad headlines. I thought it was amusing.
It's been known to happen before.
