It's only mid-June, and there's still a lot of ball to be played. But "comeback" definitely has a chance to crack this year's list of top ten most hated English words in Korea. According to the Korea Times, Girls' Generation is making a "comeback." Their last single was, what, six months ago?

I really hope "As I told you before..." and/or "As you already know..." makes the list this year.

Especially since half the time, they never told me what they are about to tell me before.

You are making another list this year, right? 'Cause they're hilarious.

"Girls' Generation, one of South Korea's top pop groups, will make a comeback with a new album on June 25 . . . Girls' Generation, often called SNSD, will try to dominate the local pop scene with its second album for the rest of the year following its spectacular success in the first half of this year with 'Gee'."

This word "comeback". I do not think it means what you think it means.

I'd like to nominate "introduce" which is overused when . . . well, if I have to introduce the use of "introduce" to Brian's audience, then it's not a good nomination.
