The number of foreigners studying through Korea's online colleges has tripled since last year, to over 1,000.

As long as you don't study English or Education and expect to get a (teaching) work visa afterwards, Korean unis are pretty cheap, comparatively.

I don't think it matters, though, since most foreign undergrads are not from Big Seven countries; I've taught quite a few Russians, Uzbecks, Pakistanis, Indians, Bangladeshis, and Chinese in my EAP courses.
