US Embassy freeloading.

Lawmaker Lee Mi-kyung of the 민주당 says the US Embassy in Seoul hasn't paid rent on the government-owned since 1980, and thus owes some $200 million.

She said the government could agree to use of state land for free, but the principle of reciprocity should be followed, noting the Korean Embassy in Washington pays over a million dollars annually in rent.
