The theater is downtown, about a block from McDonald's. If you're standing at the intersection in front of the McDonald's and Lotteria, cross the street and head toward the older part of town, and make the second left. Or, come out of Geumnamro 4-ga Station, turn right at the Indian restaurant and make the second left.

Re: giving directions in Gwangju, since I haven't seen this mentioned on your site and I think is fairly new. For a recent trip there my girlfriend and I were daunted by all the places we wanted to go and having pretty much no knowledge of the bus/subway. Taxi fares can add up. Luckily, we found that google maps now has the gwangju public transportation system imbedded into their "get directions" feature. type in two addresses, or, as I prefer to do, right click on the map on two locations, and it will give you the bus number, how often it runs, where to catch it, and about how long, including walking, your trip will take. very useful, especially with right-clicking as you can get close enough to what you're looking for without needing a street name or address...
if there's English subtitle, i'll surely watch it.

Sorry for the late reply, I walked in the door about an hour ago after being away from the computer all week.
The Arab restaurant is a few stores down from "Thali," that Indian restaurant. If you go out exit 1 of Geumnamro 4-ga Station the restaurant will be on your right, on a second floor.
Hope that helps a little. If I get some time I'll look around for a specific address or a website.
