Why would they leave out the part of it being a gay pride festival? I hope none of the Korean netizenazis decide to out her and start an online smear campaign leading her to tragically kill herself in her limelight. No...that couldn't happen in Korea.
BoA is already very well known in the Bay Area. I just hope someone in the K-Pop singer's camp has been outside Teh Bubble and realizes that in SF, BoA is pronounced "B of A" and stands for Bank of America, a venerable (and until recently local) institution.
Oh, come on, opening up for Beyonce's sister at a gay pride parade could be great for K-pop. Just listen to After-School's "Diva," and tell me that that isn't a great drag queen anthem.
