The Nokdong Maritime Fireworks Festival (녹동바다불꽃축제) will be held in Goheung county from the 14th through the 17th. There's a program here (click the 행사일정 tab), in Korean, which indicates that the "multimedia fireworks show" will be held each night at 9:50. The photo comes from this article.
