South Korea lowest birthrate in the world.
New figures show South Korea has the second-lowest birthrate in the world behind Hong Kong. But since Hong Kong isn't a real country, that puts South Korea at the top. Experts are optimistic, however, that the population will increase over time since nobody uses condoms.

Interesting how the life expectancy figures are broken up between "Koreans" and "North Koreans" in that article. If you're going to use a geographic modifier for one you should probably use it for the other, too.
Yes, I thought so too, but we come across that a lot.
