Even the Russians are getting in on the game.

Jamie from the Brian in Jeollanam-do Mokpo bureau brought this article to my attention. Read the whole thing for yourself, it's about foreigners becoming naturalized Korean citizens and I don't want to get into it now. But check out this last line:
For [Russian researcher Vladimir] Saveljev, the first thing that he wants as a Korean is ``a Korean passport and to go to a scientific conference in the U.S. visa-free.''
