I got back to Suncheon tonight from three-plus weeks overseas, and I'll have more on that in a couple days, and more comments on these award proceedings later, too. But for now, thanks again to my readers and to everyone who voted for me or for anyone else. And thanks to all the teachers, professors, students, parents, writers, and everyone else out there who made 2008 a very good year for Korea blogs. I hope 2009 will be just as fruitful and productive for me, both on this site and in the classroom. Just a little less angry, maybe.

The angriest and most thought provoking....I suppose the two can parallel or perhaps are meshed. Yours is an excellent source of information, analysis and opinion.

From the get-go I didn't like the category "Angriest Blogger." No one would want to win that.
I enjoy your blog. You are critical when need be -- which is often enough in the Land of Image over Reality.
To label you as "angry" is a misnomer. I urge Roboseyo to ditch this category next year, or rename it something catchy.
This is such bullshit. I am 2X as angry as any blogger in Korea. There is more hate for Koreans on my blog than anywhere. Koreans have no souls.
Whitey: I probably will scrap "Angriest Blogger" next year. I put it on as a bit of a joke this time, and it's certainly true that there are much more hateful haters than Brian.
Then again, "Funniest Rants" would give people something to shoot for, and lead to some very entertaining blogging this year.
I'm still fine-tuning this award thing, but I think it's been a real success for the inaugural year.
