wow. after reading that mini-essay on Kimchi, I felt a surge of loyalty to an local Canadian specialty, and guzzled half a liter of Maple Syrup, in a sudden burst of patriotism.
I don't like anonymous comments so I want people to register. It creates some accountability and it also cuts down on some of the spam and garbage. I started it back in March after an anonymous guy from Japan posted all kinds of racist garbage when Bill Kapoun died.
