24th Polar Bear Swim (북극곰수영대회)
will be held at Busan's Haeundae Beach on January 23rd, with registration open from January 4th through 13th.
There is an English-language (and Chinese, Japanese, and Korean)
registration page
, with the 20,000 won entry fee being wired to a Hana Bank account.
