I found that on Kevin's Big Blog, which has an enjoyable write-up about it and other observations about fashion and gender roles here. You'll have to ask him how he managed to do that without bringing up black-and-white striped shirts.
Were it not for your comments I would have had no idea during the first 20 seconds that this was an ad for an airline. I bet they paid a lot for this ad.
