Great work, Brian, very well said. Not to mention that I'm pretty flattered to have been quoted twice. But as usual, you make a good point about NSETs being set up to fail. It wouldn't matter if NSETs were required to have Ph.Ds and thirty years teaching experience -- schools and hagwons would still have no idea what to do with them.
