A fourth-grader was
swept away by the current of the Hwangryong River---made swifter and deeper by the season's heavy rains---in Jangseong county on Wednesday afternoon. She was riding her bike when she fell in around 4:30, and as of one article's publication the search was
still ongoing.
A Canadian boy was swept down a river recently, too, but he was in his little toy truck at the time. He just floated down the river for about 2 hours before a boater saw him and pulled him in.
