Some weird-ass thing for Hite's Black Beer Stout today.

An Expat in Korea said...: As a lover of English/Irish ales (my favorites? Kimberly mild and Kilkenney, for which I get much grief), I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at Black Beer Stout. It is no Guinness, but for an Asian culture often (rightly) derided for its inability to make a decent brew, it's a pleasant surprise.; April 13, 2009 7:01 PM
Samuel said...: I was so happy when this beer came out, since Hite tastes like Sheit and Cass tastes like ass. It reminds me of a non-malty German Altbier. I tastes so much better in bottles than in cans.
