Suicide at Suncheon Japanese Fortress.

A 49-year-old man hanged himself from a tree near Suncheon Waeseong (순천왜성), and was discovered yesterday by locals. He returned to his hometown in February after losing his job as a laborer in Gyeonggi-do, and killed himself because of his dire economic situation and resultant family troubles.

    I made a flyer for my classroom, it's a suicide prevention hotline that's open 24 hours a day.
    Unfortunately it's based in Seoul, if you find one for Jeollanamdo, please share it with me.

    Thanks for that link. I haven't found anything for Jeollanam-do yet (haven't looked very hard), but of course the suicide hotline and the webpage will work all over the country.
