Hmm, I dunno, I just got it from Daily Shot of Soju and assumed he took it. I'm not even sure if the kid's Korean. I found the same picture just now on a blog entry from May 2007: http://pandadan.wordpress.com/2007/05/07/
Maybe it originated there?
